Servings 4-6 (depends on how much meat you like in your tacos)
Ingredients:
4 Chicken Boneless/Skinless Breasts (poached)
1/2 c Salsa
2 t. Mrs. Dash Southwest Chipotle Salt-less Seasoning (divided)
1 t. Cumin
6 Missions Carb Balance Flour Tortillas
2 c. Shredded Lettuce
1 Diced Fresh Tomato
1/4 c. Diced Fresh Onion
1 c. Shredded Reduced Fat Cheddar Cheese
1 t. Cumin
6 Missions Carb Balance Flour Tortillas
2 c. Shredded Lettuce
1 Diced Fresh Tomato
1/4 c. Diced Fresh Onion
1 c. Shredded Reduced Fat Cheddar Cheese
- Poach chicken breasts according to directions above using 1 t. of the Mrs. Dash Southwest Chipotle Salt-less Seasoning.
- While chicken is cooking go ahead and prepare veggies and cheese.
- Drain Chicken
- Shred chicken while hot with a fork. It should shred quite nicely.
- Put shredded chicken back into pan you poached it in.
- Add Salsa, other teaspoon of Mrs. Dash seasoning & Cumin.
- Stir to blend
- Enjoy!
