Vanilla Cinnamon French Toast
Serves 4
8 slices of Whole Wheat Bread
2 Whole Eggs
1/2 c. Great Value Egg Whites
2 T. 1% Milk
1 t. Vanilla Extract
1/2 t. Ground Cinnamon
1 T. Smart Balance Buttery Spread

2 Whole Eggs

1 T. Smart Balance Buttery Spread
Directions:
- Whisk your eggs & whites together.
- Add Vanilla, Milk & Cinnamon
- Pour egg mixture into a shallow dish ( I use a pie pan)
- Spray your griddle with Great Value Olive Oil Cooking Spray and heat over a medium heat. (About 300 º ~ 325 º
- Soak each piece of your whole wheat bread in the egg mixture. Be sure to turn bread over so both sides are coated well with the egg mixture.
- Place each piece of bread on the pre-heated griddle. Making sure it isn't too hot. Turn down the heat if the bread seems to be browning to quickly Turn each piece of bread over after about 3 mins. Cook for an additional 3-4 mins.
- Take off griddle, spread lightly with Smart Balance Buttery Spread and cut into triangles
- Serve with IHOP Sugar-Free Syrup
