- 1 Whole Egg
- 1/4 c. Great Value Egg Whites
- 1 t. 1% Milk
- 1/4 t. Mrs. Dash Seasoning Blend of Choice
- 2 slices of Canadian Bacon ( 1/2 oz. each)**
- 1 English Muffin
- 2 T. Reduce-Fat shredded Cheddar Cheese (divided)
Directions
- Whisk together in a small mixing bowl Whole Egg, Egg White, Milk and Mrs. Dash
- Pour into a small skillet coated with Great Value Olive Oil Cooking Spray
- Cook until done
- Place Canadian Bacon on a microwave safe plate and heat
- Split English Muffin and toast in toaster
- Sprinkle 1/2 of cheese on each half of English Muffin
- Place 1 slice of Canadian Bacon on top of cheese covered English Muffin
- Divide eggs and place on top of each half of the English Muffin
