Ingredients:
4 Boneless Chicken Breasts (4 oz. each)
2/3 c. Buttermilk
1 c. Panko (Japanese-style Bread Crumbs)
1/2 t. Ground Thyme
1/4 t. Cayenne Pepper
1/2 t. Garlic Powder
1 t. Paprika
1 t. Mrs. Dash Seasoning
1 Egg White, beaten
Great Value Olive Oil Cooking Spray
Directions:
Serves 4

2/3 c. Buttermilk
1 c. Panko (Japanese-style Bread Crumbs)

Great Value Olive Oil Cooking Spray
Directions:
- Marinate Chicken in Buttermilk for 4 hours or overnight
- Preheat oven to 425 º
- Mix Panko and Spices
- Without rinsing Chicken, dredge each piece of Chicken in the Egg White
- Then dredge in the Panko mixture
- Spray all sides of the Chicken with Great Value Olive Oil Cooking Spray
- Place in a 9 x 13 pan sprayed with Great Value Olive Oil Cooking Spray
- Bake for 30 minutes or until coating is crispy and juices run clear.
