Turkey Wrap
Serves 1
Ingredients:
2 oz. Low Sodium Turkey meat
1 T. Low Fat Ranch Dressing
1/4 c. Shredded Lettuce
2 slices of Tomato
1 T. Roughly chopped Red Onion
1 T. Shredded Reduced Fat Cheddar Cheese
1 whole wheat flour tortilla or flatbread
Directions:
- Lay out your flatbread or tortilla
- Spread dressing onto flatbread
- Lay Meat, Lettuce, Tomato and Onion on top of flatbread leaving about an inch all the way around so you can fold your wrap.
- Top with Shredded Cheese
- Start rolling by taking the wrap from the bottom just 1 turn. Now fold in the outer edges of your wrap and finish rolling up your wrap.
- When finished rolling hold and cut at a 45 ยบ angle .
- And your done!
