Turkey Wrap

Turkey Wrap
Serves 1


2 oz. Low Sodium Turkey meat
1 T. Low Fat Ranch Dressing
1/4 c. Shredded Lettuce
2 slices of Tomato 
1 T. Roughly chopped Red Onion
1 T. Shredded Reduced Fat Cheddar Cheese
1 whole wheat flour tortilla or flatbread


  • Lay out your flatbread or tortilla
  • Spread dressing onto flatbread
  • Lay Meat, Lettuce, Tomato and Onion on top of flatbread leaving about an inch all the way around so you can fold your wrap.
  • Top with Shredded Cheese
  • Start rolling by taking the wrap from the bottom just 1 turn. Now fold in the outer edges of your wrap and finish rolling up your wrap. 
  • When finished rolling hold and cut at a 45 º angle .
  • And your done!
