Spicy Ketchup

  (this recipe is from Diabetes Self-Management Magazine) 
Servings 3-4

1/2 c. Heinz No Salt Added Tomato Ketchup
2 T. Apple Cider Vinegar
1 t. Mrs. Dash Extra Spicy Seasoning Blend

  • Pour Heinz No Salt Added Tomato Ketchup in a small bowl
  • Add Apple Cider Vinegar & Mrs. Dash.
  • Stir to blend and let mingle while prepare the rest of your meal
This is SPICY*
