Mini Crustless Breakfast Quiche
Makes 12 
Serving Size 2

2 pieces of whole wheat sandwich bread
4 whole eggs
1&1/2 cups Great Value Egg Whites
1/4 c. 1 % Milk
Garlic Powder & Pepper to taste
1/2 t. Mrs. Dash Southwest Chipotle Seasoning Blead
4 oz. Great Value Reduce-Fat Grated Cheddar Cheese
1/2 pound Breakfast Turkey Sausage
1/4 cup chopped  Onion


  • Preheat oven 350 º
  • Brown Sausage and Onions (DRAIN WELL! & set aside)
  • Spray each cup of your muffin pan with Great Value Olive Oil Spray
  • Cube your whole wheat bread into bite size pieces
  • Place 4 cubes of bread into each muffin cup
  • Put equal amount of Turkey Breakfast Sausage on top of the bread cubes into each muffin cup
  • Pour your Great Value Egg Whites and 4 whole eggs into a bowl and scramble.
  • Add your 1% milk, Garlic Powder, Pepper and Mrs. Dash Seasoning Blend to your scrambled egg mixture
  • Pour the egg mixture evenly between each muffin cup to about 2/3 full.  
  • Top with the Great Value Reduced Fat Cheddar Cheese.
Place in the pre-heated oven and bake for about 20 mins or until the eggs are set.

Please feel free to make this your own.  By changing the meat or type of cheese or even adding some veggies would be delicious as well.

These are easily reheated in the microwave for just a few seconds. Easy!!
