Apple Pancakes

Serves 10


  • 2 c. Heart Healthy Bisquick Mix
  • Splenda equivalent to 2 t. of Sugar
  • 1 t. Baking Powder
  • 1 t. Ground Cinnamon
  • 1/4 t. Salt
  • 1/4 c. Great Value Egg Whites
  • 1 c. 1% Milk
  • 2 t. Vanilla Extract
  • 1 c. Great Value No-Sugar Added Applesauce

  • Mix together in a large mixing bowl: Bisquick, Splenda, Baking Powder, Cinnamon & Salt
  • Mix together in a small mixing bowl: Great Value Egg Whites, 1% Milk, Vanilla Extract and Great Value No-Sugar Added Applesauce
  • Stir into Dry Ingredients
  • If mix seems to dry (thick) then just add a little more milk. You want it the consistency of a cake mix
  • Spray griddle with Great Value Olive Oil Cooking Spray and Preheat your griddle.* 
  • Pour a 1/4 c. of batter onto a preheated HOT griddle.
  • Turn pancakes when tiny bubbles around the edges and on the top too
  • Cook until a beautiful light golden brown

  • 117 Cal., 2 g. Fat, 1 mg. Chol, 420 mg. sodium, 21 g. Carbs. 3 g. Protien

Hot is where if you place a drop of water onto the griddle it would look like it was dancing across the griddle.
