Mexican Brown Rice

Serves 2

Ingredients:

• 2 c. Instant Brown Rice (cooked )
• 2 T. Taco Seasoning
• 1/2 t. Cumin
• 1/4 c. Salsa

Directions:

• Cook Brown Rice according to directions on package.
• Add Taco Seasoning, Cumin and Salsa to cooked rice
• Stir
