Jalapeno Cilantro Ranch Dressing

Approximately 10 Servings

6 oz. Fage Plain Total 0& Greek Yogurt
*1 cup of 1% Milk (divided)
4 T. finely chopped Cilantro
1/2 Chopped & Seeded Fresh Jalapeno (may add more or less depending on your desired heat level.)
1 Packet of Ranch Dressing Mix (if you live near an ALDI grocery store their's is about 1/2 the cost of the original "Hidden Valley Ranch Dressing Mix".)

  • Pour Ranch Dressing Mix into a medium bowl. Add *1/4 c. of  1% milk.  Mix very well.
  • Add all of the yogurt and then enough of the leftover milk to achieve your preferred  consistency and mix well.
  • Add remaining ingredients (except milk) into bowl and stir
  • Chill in fridge for a few hours so the flavors can marry and also so you can see if you need to still add a little more milk*. It may thicken up a little so it is easy to add more milk but impossible to take it out. "wink wink"
