Roasted Broccoli


  • 1 big bunch of Broccoli Florets
  • 2 sliced Garlic Cloves
  • 1 T. Olive Oil
  • 1/4 t. Red Pepper Flakes
  • Kosher Salt

  • Toss Broccoli, Garlic, Olive Oil, Red Pepper Flakes and Kosher Salt together until Broccoli is completely coated
  • Arrange in a single layer onto a sheet of foil
  • Fold into a packet
  • Grill over Medium-High heat for 10 minutes
